1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gopeso", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the gopeso platform accessible at gopeso.org and all associated services, features, and content operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the gopeso platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the gopeso platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a Player's account that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted to a Player by gopeso under applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by gopeso before processing withdrawals or at any stage deemed necessary to verify a Player's identity.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, games, payment systems, and all other digital services forming part of gopeso.org.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the turnover condition that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gopeso.org, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the gopeso platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with gopeso's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gopeso with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gopeso platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account.

gopeso reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to taking effect.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the gopeso platform for real-money gaming is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the gopeso platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of gopeso or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

gopeso may, at its sole discretion, request age and identity verification at any point during a Player's registration or activity on the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in Account suspension until compliance is achieved.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on gopeso, you must create a single registered Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the gopeso platform at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must create a unique, strong password for your gopeso account and must not share it with any third party, including family members.
• gopeso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another individual under any circumstances.

gopeso reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Account registration constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on the Platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

gopeso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by gopeso's payment systems. gopeso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• USDT deposits via TRC-20 are typically confirmed within one (1) minute, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification.
• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within thirty (30) seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. gopeso will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• gopeso reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing withdrawals above ₱50,000, including requesting additional documentation.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gopeso offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have a verified gopeso account in good standing.
• Each promotion is limited to one (1) per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• gopeso reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the wagering requirement turnover. Live casino games, fishing games, and bingo rooms may carry reduced contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the bonus system — including collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.

gopeso reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional change materially affects a Player who has already opted in, reasonable notice will be provided via the email address registered to the Account.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the gopeso platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, online sabong, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface and/or accessible via the help section of the Platform.

• All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness and randomness. gopeso does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or software error that disrupts the normal outcome of a game round, gopeso reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' Real Money Balances.
• gopeso's records and server logs shall be the final and binding authority in any dispute regarding game outcomes, transaction history, or account activity.
• Players must not use automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the live dealer studio in operation at the time. In the event of a conflict between on-screen dealer instructions and these Terms, gopeso's server records shall prevail.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gopeso platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or tax evasion.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with gopeso.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to defraud gopeso or other players in any game or sports market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonuses or promotions in a way inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded, suspended, or banned.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary systems of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward gopeso staff or other players via the Platform's communication features.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gopeso platform — including but not limited to the gopeso brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gopeso or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from gopeso.
• Use the gopeso brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software forming part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of gopeso's intellectual property will be subject to legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gopeso's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gopeso shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from a technical fault, game malfunction, or service interruption that is outside gopeso's reasonable control.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from cyber-attacks, hacking incidents, or other security breaches that occur despite gopeso's reasonable security measures being in place.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
• Any loss arising from your failure to read and comply with applicable game rules, bonus terms, or these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits gopeso's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by gopeso.

11. Responsible Gaming

gopeso is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and policies designed to help Players stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that alert them when a specified duration of play has elapsed in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion directly from their Account settings. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive promotional communications from gopeso.
• Reality Check: Players may enable a Reality Check feature that displays a summary of time spent and net gaming activity at regular intervals during a session.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

gopeso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when required.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Suspected collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other form of gaming fraud.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a third-party processor relating to your account transactions.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any Real Money Balance will be held securely and released upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, provided no breach of these Terms is substantiated. Where a breach is confirmed, gopeso reserves the right to forfeit all balances in accordance with applicable law.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting gopeso support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

13. Privacy & Data

gopeso collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to Terms

For material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the cost of using the Platform — gopeso will provide at least seven (7) days' prior written notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the gopeso platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the gopeso platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause prevents gopeso from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
